Due to our Specialty in Occupational Medicine, we are unable to see COVID-19 patients at this time. If you have COVID-19 or any symptoms of COVID-19, we ask that you please do not enter the building. We are currently able to offer COVID-19 testing while our supplies last.
COVID testing is conducted as a drive up service. If you would like to have a COVID test performed at Reliance Medical Group, please pull around to the farthest door on the South end of the building.
There someone will come out to you to begin the process. If no one comes to you during our testing hours, please call 505-566-1915, option 1.
Unfortunately, Reliance Medical Group does not receive federal reimbursement from the CARES act for COVID-19 testing. This means that we must charge for our testing. However, the CARES act does apply to insurance coverage, which means that if you have health insurance, the cost of your COVID test will be covered 100%, and there will be no out-of-pocket cost. If you would like to use insurance to pay for your COVID test, please bring your insurance card and a photo ID.
If your employer is willing to pay for your test as a requirement for employment, we will need authorization from this employer to bill for the service.
If you would like to pay directly for the test, below is a list of available tests and the costs associated with them. All testing and services are subject to tax.
