Work Related Injury/Illness

When coming in for an injury or illness that happened while you were working, we want to do anything we can to take care of you. It is imperative to report the injury/illness to your company, this will speed up your claim status as well as any referrals that need to be approved. If you have further questions, do not hesitate to call us.

You can come in as a walk-in for this type of visit if it is the initial visit. 

If you have been seen in our clinic for the injury, a follow-up appointment is required.
